PURCHASING BEES AND QUEENS SHOULD BE A GREAT EXPERIENCE. 

We started selling nucs and queens because of the bad experiences we had and saw that others encountered when they were starting out. We wanted to make the new beekeeping experience easy and not setting anyone up for failure.

The nucs you purchase from us are grown here in Central New York; not from southern US bees. We monitor our bees for mites and treat as needed so you recieve healthy stock. Further, we provide bees made up in advance which allows us to provide you with a "laying queen" and bees with honey and pollen. When you pickup your bees in a nuc box that you keep, you are getting a well stocked nuc colony with all stages of bees. 

We do not make the nucs the day you pick it up; that would not be a complete colony as many of the foraging bees are up in the air or returning back to the original hive. Further, we do not cage the queen or install a caged queen that has not been proven.

Our service does not end at delivery. We are available to help in anyway we can to make your new venture positive and enjoyable.
